When I first went into the middle school，I was too shy to communicate with others.And I was afraid to ask others questions that I couldn't work out.I turned to my parents for help and they gave me useful suggestions.They told me that I needed to be brave to talk to others and make new friends.I tried my best to follow their suggestions and finally I did that.
Now I understand that I need to learn how to get over difficulty by myself with confidence.
