From the chart，we can find that the most effective way to relieve pressure involves five aspects：listening to music ranks first，accounting for 40 percent，followed by doing physical exercise，25%，the third is surfing the Internet，18%，next is chatting with friends，12% and finally other aspects account for 5%.
