【答案】Chinese diet is considered to be one of  the most healthy diet in the world because it contains less sugar and fat，keeping us away from obesity．However，with the wide spread of Mc Donald's and KFC fast food restaurants in China，many young Chinese people found more and more junk food are coming into their diets.Those junk foods are rich in fat and sugar，which has a negative effect on our health．
In order to maintain our health，we should do more exercise.Meanwhile，it is a must to keep a balanced diet with less sugar and fat but more fruit and vegetables.There are many kinds of delicious and healthy food in China，such as Sichuan cuisine，Shandong cuisine，Hunan cuisine，Northeast pot stew.What attracts me most are Pan-fried tofu，Boiled fish，Sauteed lamb with scallion，Chicken and hazel mushrooms and Steamed dumplings.
