   First，we should sleep well.Don't stay up too late.It's bad for our body，especially for our brain.Second，we should do some sports because sports can make our body healthy and strong.And we will forget bad things while doing sports.Finally，we should often communicate with our friends，parents，or teachers.They will help us solve our problems.
   In a word，I hope all of us are happy in school and everyone can enjoy their school life.
