Aiming to raise students' environmental awareness，recently，our school held a handicraft competition of making artworks out of used materials，which was a great success.
Representatives from each class first presented their works created in advance.The fantastic vases，the lovely paper cuttings and a variety of handicrafts left a deep impression on us.Then we entered the live creating stage.Our creative artworks received warm applause from the audience from time to time.At the end of the competition，excellent works were selected to be displayed in the school library.
The competition makes me convinced that it's our duty to recycle and reuse used materials to contribute more to the sustainable development of the world.
