First of all，we should get enough sleep and had better go to bed and get up regularly.Secondly，taking more exercise and doing more outdoor activities can strengthen our bodies.Thirdly，remember to have three meals regularly and eat less non-staple food，which will do good to us.Finally，form the habit of paying due attention to hygiene.
If we can do like that，I believe we will be strong and and in good health.
