I used to be in poor health and I often  felt sick.Because of this，I was often absent from school and it influenced my study greatly.So I made a decision to do sports every day and I have kept doing it for about one year.To be honest，my health has greatly improved after keeping doing sports every day.I am more active and outgoing than before and good health helps me study better.
