I'm glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on how to learn Chinese well．And my suggestions are as follows．
First，you ought to pay more attention in Chinese classes because what the teacher says is of great importance．Second，as an old saying goes，the meaning of one book will appear after you have read it many times．So read as many Chinese books，magazines and newspapers as possible，which will help you to expand your vocabulary．Last but not least，I think it would be great if you could practice with Chinese native speakers often．
