The competition is open to Americans and Canadians，who are at least 18 years old，Entry Period
Entries（参赛作品）in the competition must be sent in between 12：01 am on October 28th，2020 and 11：59 pm on October 18th，2021.The early-bird deadline for taking advantage of reduced entry fee（费用）is 11：59 pm on August 16th，2021.
How to Enter
Enter as often as you like.Entries must be sent in as JPG digital files（数字文件）to our website during the entry period.The files should be under SMB.Competitors should be prepared to send a print-quality replacement file if your entry is chosen as a winner；detailed requirements will be provided at that time.Fees are as follows：

Other Requirements for Entries
The main paint must be acrylic，though little use of other types of paint may be acceptable.All works must be original."Original" means that the work must be from the hand of a single artist；pieces created by a workshop or a class under the direction of a teacher are not acceptable.Works published or receiving prizes at other national-level competitions before this competition will not be accepted.
