What we are used to eating every day has a great effect on our health.As we all know ，food high in sugar and fat may be tasty，but eating too much of them will probably result in some illnesses related to obesity，such as heart disease and diabetes.
As a result，we should make every effort to form good eating habits.First of all，eating more grain，more vegetables and less meat can help us keep balanced diet.In addition，we should choose food which is not over processed，for it is richer in the nutrients we need.What's more，boiled water is better than drinks because the latter contains too much sugar and additives.
