Generally，the advantages of online classes can be seen as follows.First，they are undoubtedly the perfect solution to ensure students' academic progress.In addition，they break the time and space limitations，save traffic time and protect us from the risk of infection.
But the negative aspects are also apparent.For one thing，lacking face-to-face interaction，online classes make it easier for students who are poor at self-discipline to be distracted.For another，long time exposure to the Internet environment has a negative effect on our health.
To cope with the problems，I，first，set the same work and rest schedule as at school and strictly stick to it.When in class，I concentrate on the questions raised by teachers and think actively so as not to be distracted.During class breaks and leisure time，I often do indoor exercise and help with housework to keep fit.
