Born on December 30th，in Ningbo，Zhejiang Province，the medical scientist and pharmaceutical chemist was admitted into Peking University in 1951，studying there for 4 years.After working hard with her team for quite a few years，she eventually developed artemisinin to treat malaria ，saving the lives of millions of malaria patients，for which she got 2015 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine.
I admire her not only because of her achievements，but also because she never gives up，perseveres and innovates when she encounters difficulties.
