19．Long ago，there was a merchant in the village whose only son was born in his forties.The son's name was Chandra which stands for "wish fulfilled".
Then Chandra became a young man who never lacked anything in life，so his outlook towards life was very different from his hardworking father.Obviously，Chandra didn't know the importance of fruits from hard work.
Even after the merchant asked his son to join his business and work with him，his son would never go to work.The father decided that he himself would teach Chandra a lesson.
He called his son and all family members in center hall of his home.Then he said to Chandra seriously， "You have not contributed to my business at all and from now on you will be given food in this house only when you can give money for that food." And he reminded all family members not to help Chandra or offer him any food without money.
Some family members didn't like the merchant's decision.But the merchant was determined for the sake of his son's future.
The first day Chandra turned to one of his family members for money and gave that money to his father to get food.In their house there was a well.When Chandra told his father that he had brought money for food，the merchant asked him to throw that money in the well.Chandra found it strange but still he threw that money in the well without hesitation and happily ate his food.
Then the merchant learnt what happened.He clearly forbade everyone to provide Chandra with money or food.Now Chandra had no one to turn to.
Chandra was going from place to place to ask for mjye.aiy.One old man in the village saw this.He stopped Chandra and asked him what happened.Chandra told him， "I need some money."
