Beijing Opera is a tradition opera with a long history，that dates back to over 200 years ago．In the 18 th century，to celebrate the emperor's birthday，who had a strongly interest in local operas，four famous troupes（剧团）from Anhui Province come to Beijing to perform for him．After that，a new type came into being gradually，knowing as Beijing Opera．
