Scott heard that his father，his grandfather，his great-grandfather all walked on water on their 18th birthday.Scott was very surprised and he wanted to have a try，too.
So，when his day came，Scott and his older brother Philip went out to the river near their house. "If they did it，I can，too!" Scott said to himself.
Scott and Philip got to the river and they got into their boat then began to row.When they got to the middle of the river，Scott walked off the side of the boat.But he couldn't walk on the water when he tried.He fell into the water and almost got killed.
