Uwe Brutzer，a 51-year-old man from Germany （德国） with a Chinese name Wu Zhengrong，the capital of Hunan province，for the first time in November 1999. "I remember the airport was very small，who now speaks fluent Putonghua with a Changsha accent （口音）.
