3．A few years ago，I wen through a period of such serious depression that life didn't seen worth living.It was like always in winter，so icy and so cold that the sun would never shine.
Then saw green shoots pushing through the freezing，hard ground.I looked them every day until I felt that if they could come back to life， then so could I. Those green shoots gave me hope.
In a way that nothing else did.They encouraged me to keep going，even when times were bard and I wanted to quit.
