I was once terrifying of public speaking.Even just practicing in front with the class I got really sweaty.My head felt like as it was on fire and my heart rate goes up.I also tended to speaking fast.In order to overcome your fear，I attended online classes who help with public speaking，I was told，"The key is to speak clearly and if you make mistake，ignore it or quickly apologize for it and continue on".Moreover，I've found reciting what you are going to say is also helpfully.After practice and more practice，I have complete confident in myself now.
