31．In our day-to-day life，whether it is official，personal or social，we have to deal with complex situations.Some situations are easy to handle，but others are complex which disturb the peace of mind because our brain gets stuck on how best to handle such a state of affair.This is where analytical skills help us.The prime purpose of the analysis of any given situation is to get to know what resulted in the issue，to forecast the impact and to plan corrective strategies.So basically，analytical skill is to visualize a given situation，task，project or issue from several angles in order to break it up into small steps.
Below are different situations where our analytical skills are required.I shall give some advice in each category accordingly.
When running a large project ：In this case you need to set a high level agenda for the staff to start working on WBS （Work Breakdown Structure ） and then assign each task to relevant resource.While making WBS you can have a meeting with your teammates.
When purchasing something ：Let us take the example of a mobile phone.When you want to purchase a new mobile，you need to ask yourself：Do I really need to purchase a new phone，and what is my budget？Do I need one with a 4-inch screen or less？What other aspects do I need to consider？While trying to answer these questions，you will come up with the right mobile which is to be purchased.
When handling family conflicts：Being a sensitive subject，this is something where you need much more than analytical skills.For each family member involved in the conflict，you have to do a study into his feelings，emotions，stress，age factor，and relationship with others.So in my opinion this is the most difficult part of practicing your analytical skills.You have to consistently guide everyone，following the forgive-and-forget policy.You have to calmly listen to each party and take adequate time to analyze all aspects.
In conclusion，analytical skills can make your life easier in almost all aspects of decision making or problem solving；however，it's not only the matter considering all the options and the inputs （输入），but it's also the matter of considering the weight of each option.For example，for a given situation you have two options having equal number of advantages or disadvantages .So in order to make decisions in such a situation，you have to consider the weight of each option.How to develop analytical skills Introduction • Analytical skills play an important（1） in handling various complex situations in our life.

In recent years， a number of China's technological innovations have been making their way in the world． Among them， four stand out and acquire a reputation as China's "four new great inventions" of modern times， namely High Speed Railway， Alipay， shared bicycles ， and e-commerce．
High Speed Railway is a type of rail transport that operates significantly faster than traditional rail traffic， "High speed rail travel" has been called the most revolutionary means of transport of the late 20th century and early 21st century． Today， China's high-speed railway or CRH， is the best example of such "revolutionary means of transport"． In fact， CRH only began to develop in early 2004， when China issued its "Mid and Long-term Railway Network Plan"， the first such development in China's history． It was in little more than six years that China's railway realized its leap-forward， which made it possible for China to head into "an era of high-speed railway"．
As the American publication "Newsweek" put it： China is now engaged in a "railway revolution"． These 350 kilometer per hour high-speed railway trains have made the country's vast territory "substantially smaller"， and changed the country economically．
