     Along with the new Curriculum Standard，aesthetic （艺术的） education is on its way.
     In the past，the high school entrance exams for Chinese Grade 9 students were mainly about academic （学术的） subjects，such as math and Chinese.But starting from 2022，they are tested in areas like music and art.
     "Besides teaching students how to paint，sing or dance，aesthetic education is mainly for developing students' ability to appreciate artistic beauty，which is very important for students' mental health，" Fan Di'an，president of the Central Academy of Fine Arts，told China Daily.
     However，many students and their parents are worried.They think that it will bring heavier pressure.It was also pointed out that not every student would be talented enough to be good at these subjects. "It's really hard for tone-deaf （音盲的） people like me to sing well.So if music is included in the high school entrance exam，I will need to do more practice before music tests." Zhao Hanfang，a 15-year old boy student from Yunnan，told newspapers.
     It's said that the test points would only come from the students' textbooks，so it wouldn't be difficult and shouldn't put too much pressure on students，China Business Herald noted.
