Yesterday afternoon，Mr.Liu，a famous psychologist，has delivered a lecture about mental health for the students of senior 3 in the school auditorium.
A lecture lasted about two hours.Mr.Liu taught the students what to handle stress，setbacks and failures and how to improve them interpersonal skills.His lecture consisted in three sections：the concept of mental health，the symptoms of unhealthy psychology state and how to improve one's mentally health.Before the lecture，he gave some advices to the students who needed help.
