Salonga National Park，Congo
This is the largest reserve in Congo，covering more than 14，000 square miles.The park was established in 1970.The thick forest provides habitats for various animals like parrots，elephants and monkeys.Park visitors observe the animals from motorized river boats.The park was entered into the list of UNESCO World Heritage sites in 1984.

2．At a snow park in Zhangjiakou，Hebei，Chinese teenage snowboarder Su Yiming won a silver in the men's snowboarding competition on February 7.It was the first time that a Chinese snowboarder had ever competed in this event at any Olympics.Su was introduced to snowboarding at the age of 4 by his parents，who were both snowboarding fans.Su fell in love with the sport the first time they took him to a ski center.Later he kept on practicing after class.To save up more time for snowboarding，he would get up at 5 am and finish his homework early.

Behind his success is Su's hard work.He has made full use of every chance to train more.Usually he arrived at the training center earlier than his teammates.In that way，he could practice more.He even broke several snowboards in one week because of heavy training.
After Su won his silver medal，his father Su Qun received an interview.He said that this would not be his son's last Olympics and Su would do better in the future.

3．There are many ways to help improve your health like eating healthy food，taking exercise and getting medical help.But the easiest and cheapest way to improve your health is just to sleep eight hours or more every night.The general sleeping rule is that the younger you are，the longer sleep you need.But regardless of（不管）age，some people need to sleep more while for some a few hours is enough.
The problem with sleep is that more and more people in the world are not sleeping enough.

How do we teach these people to learn the value of sleep？Perhaps they may listen to the advice of Dr.James Maas，an expert（专家）in sleep.He says， "Sleep is like a credit（信用卡）card.When you sleep less，you are only borrowing time.You always have to pay it back.The more hours you don't sleep，the more hours you should sleep to "pay back" the hours on your 'sleep credit card'."
For those who value work more than sleep，they should listen to what a famous person once said. "Don't think you will be doing less work because you sleep during the night.That is a foolish idea which is held by people who have no imagination.You will be able to do more."
