Tim， a 14-year-old boy， was walking alone on the streets. It was almost 10 p.m.
This evening， Tim's mom asked him about his low grades in the recent exam. Tim had a careless attitude and did not reply in a nice way. She scolded （责备）him， but Tim quarreled with her without realizing he was also at fault. The discussion ended so bad that Tim left their house in a storm with his eyes filled with tears. Complaints swept over him and the question constantly flashed in his mind why his mother didn't care about him but only about the grades.
He walked for more than two hours， exhausted and hungry. Suddenly， he was attracted by a sweet smell from a small noodle shop.
He realized there was not even a coin in his pocket. With a sad face， he decided to leave. The shop owner smiled and said she wouldn't ask him for any.
She prepared a hot bowl of delicious noodles for Tim. Tim thanked her from his heart and promised her that he would return her kindness.
