United Nations countries have agreed to create an agreement that deal with plastic pollution in the world oceans，rivers and land.The UN Environment Assembly voted at its meeting in Kenya's capital Nairobi for resolution "to end plastic pollution." Plans were presented by Peru，Rwanda，India and Japan was used as the basis for a global plan to prevent and reduce plastic pollution.The agreement would cover the production，design and remove of plastics.
