China Youth Daily did a survey on wenjuan.jye.ai and received answers from 2，000 parents of primary and middle school students about their concerns（忧虑） over students' phone using.
64.6 percent of parents said that it would be bad for their kids' eyes，50.9 percent are worried about the bad effect（影响） on their children's studies and 59.8 percent are worried about the students' health.

Wang Xue，the mother of a second-year middle school student in Changzhou，Jiangsu，did not buy a mobile phone for her child.
"When children take mobile phones to school，they will not focus on studies in the classroom.If they often play online games and watch videos，they will not study hard，" she said.
"It brings more harm than good when students in primary and middle schools use mobile phones，" said Zhao Jun，headmaster of a middle school in Changzhou.
