I believe you must enjoy taking exercise．You can choose any activity that makes you happily，whether it is dancing and walking．When it come to food，I usually eat a lot of vegetable．I generally avoid some frying food or food with much sugar．Many people have this wrong idea which carbs （碳水化合物） are bad．If they want lose weight，they stop having carbs．But at the moment they do that，their hair falls off，which affects the body negatively．So I have always include carbs in my diet for energy since young．I have carbs every another day．组卷：6引用：1难度：0.6
