The big pumpkins are not good for cooking.If you can find a small，flat orange pumpkin，it will be sweeter.It will be the best pumpkin for eating.Do you know how to cook a pumpkin？
First，wash off all of the dirt，and then put your pumpkin on a cutting board.You need to use a large，sharp knife to safely cut the pumpkin in half.Scoop out all of seeds and put them aside to toast later.
Cut your pumpkin into chunks（大块） and decide if you want to bake them or steam （蒸）them.
★ To bake：Put the pumpkin chunks on a baking tray and bake at 325 degrees until the pulp is soft.It takes you about an hour.Remove the pulp from the tray.In that way，you finish the baking process.
