      Last Friday，I took part in an English speech contest holding in our school.There were twelve students in the final contest but I was one of them.Fifteen minutes before my turn，I picked my topic and prepared for them.I wrote down that I was going to say.However，when I stood in the front of all judges and students，I was extremely nervous.My mind was total empty.Then I took a deep breathe to relax myself and started my speech.The result was not as better as I had expected，but I preferred to regard it a challenge to myself.I learned a lot from the contest，which process benefited me most.
