      Last Saturday witnessed an impressive marathon race what nearly drew the attention of every student and teacher in our school. The students selecting from every class took an part in the competition. The route， measures about five kilometers， were from our school gate to the Science Museum. All the runners tried our best to finish the task， their classmates along the way giving them necessarily help as well as encouragement. At last， every runner managed to reach the finish line， receiving cheers from all the direction. The activity was highly spoken， because not only did it provided a chance for us to exercise， but also made us more united.
