【答案】    Everyone meets problems in life.I had difficulty in running and I failed the running test．I felt upset and asked my parents for help．They encouraged me not to give up and face the problem bravely．They also advised me to make an exercise plan and keep it every day．In order to get up early in the morning，I set my clock at six a．m．and kept running every day．My parents also taught me a lot．They prepared healthy breakfast for me．With their help，I  studied hard and managed to pass the test finally．What's more，I'm healthier than before．These were very helpful to me.I am becoming a professional athlete when I grow up.
   Everyone may meet with problems in study or life，but we should never give up．It works better when we think of good ways to deal with them．
